Base pay range A$50,000.00/yr - A$60,000.00/yr About the Role We’re seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to streamline our sales processes, manage data in our CRM, prospect for new clients and support the sales team with actionable insights and operational efficiency. You’ll play a crucial role in improving our sales velocity, accuracy, and team productivity. Now expanding into the Australian market, we're building a team of motivated and target-driven sales team Key Responsibilities Ensure data accuracy, lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting accuracy. Generate reports and dashboards for Sales leadership. Support quote-to-cash processes including pricing, deal desk, and contracts. Collaborate with Partnerships, Finance, and Customer Success for cross-functional alignment. Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. What You Bring 1-3 years experience in Sales, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or CRM management. Strong understanding of Excel and reporting tools in Excel Attention to detail, process-driven mindset, and strong organizational skills.
