The Role We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant who is self-motivated, personable, and passionate about customer service. Your role will be simple yet rewarding helping customers choose the right flooring solutions to transform their homes. Day-to-day, you will: Assist customers in-store with flooring advice, product selection, and quoting. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients throughout their project journey. Help maintain a modern, welcoming showroom environment. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will: Be motivated, approachable, and genuinely interested in home interiors and décor. Excel in customer service and have strong communication skills.
