New Home Sales Consultant Hervey Bay | $80k + Super + 1.5% Commission | Permanent We’re partnering with a well-established residential builder in Hervey Bay who is looking to bring on an enthusiastic and driven New Home Sales Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact, client-facing role with strong earning potential and full support from a reputable brand. About the Role As the face of the business, you’ll guide clients through the exciting journey of building their new home — from first enquiry through to contract signing. You’ll be working from the display home, managing warm leads, building relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences. This role operates on a rotating weekend roster, with two days off during the week. A detailed roster will be provided. What You’ll Be Doing Managing all customer enquiries and walk‑ins at the display home Converting warm leads into sales and achieving monthly/quarterly targets Guiding clients through home designs, inclusions, pricing and contracts Building strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience What We’re Looking For Previous new home sales or residential building industry sales experience Strong communication and relationship‑building skills A driven, proactive attitude with a passion for helping clients create their dream home Ability to work weekends and follow the rotating roster Professional, well‑presented, and confident in a customer‑facing role What’s on Offer $80k + Super 1.5% commission per contract Permanent role with strong long‑term career potential Work with a supportive, reputable builder in the thriving Hervey Bay market If you're a motivated sales professional with experience in the residential building industry, we’d love to hear from you.
