New Home Sales Consultant – Hervey Bay $80,000 + Super + 1.5% Commission | Permanent Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join a respected builder in Queensland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, can confidently guide buyers through the new home journey, and brings strong industry sales experience. About the Role You'll be the face of the brand, managing the end-to-end sales process from initial enquiry through to contract signing. This includes qualifying leads, presenting home designs, conducting display home walk-throughs, and building genuine relationships with prospective buyers. What You’ll Be Doing Managing inbound enquiries and nurturing leads Conducting appointments, display home tours and client consultations Providing product knowledge, design options and pricing information Preparing and presenting contracts Working closely with internal teams across drafting, estimating and construction Maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey What We’re Looking For Industry experience in residential building/new home sales is essential Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to convert leads into sales Why Apply?
