We're now looking for a Sales Associate to join our team and build a career in a supportive and high-performing environment. This is an incredible opportunity to receive 1-on-1 mentorship, gain exposure to the full sales process, and develop the skills you need to succeed in the property industry. Key Responsibilities Prospecting for new business via cold calling, door knocking, and letterbox drops Preparing materials and reports for sales appraisals and listing presentations Managing and maintaining client databases and CRM systems Assisting with buyer management – from inquiry follow-up to inspections and negotiations Hosting and supporting open homes and private viewings Supporting the lead agent with marketing, property campaigns, and daily operations Staying informed on market trends and opportunities in the local area About You Holds a QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (or currently enrolled) Immediate availability to begin training and onboarding Excellent communication skills with a confident, friendly approach Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities Willing to take initiative and work proactively, both independently and as part of a team Must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Available to work Saturdays, Sunday and occasional after-hours What We Offer Immediate start with direct mentorship from Jay Joo Structured, hands‑on training and a clear growth pathway Support with admin, compliance, and marketing tasks Exceptional personal growth opportunities A collaborative and supportive team culture in a boutique environment Competitive remuneration with uncapped earning potential for the right candidate Ready to Apply?
