Location: Preston, VIC 3072 Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full time (12 Months) Salary: $100,783 - $105,349 based on experience, plus super. About the Role The Quality Advisor supports the development of organisational systems and processes to enhance practice, mitigate client and community risks, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. A key focus is managing VACCA’s feedback and complaints portfolio, ensuring information is handled confidentially and sensitively, and that appropriate resolution procedures are implemented. About You The Quality Advisor supports the Senior Quality Advisor in promoting culturally safe engagement, maintaining strong relationships across the organisation, and ensuring compliance through audits, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Support development and implementation of quality systems and processes. Manage feedback and complaints portfolio with confidentiality and sensitivity. Assist with audits, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide administrative support for quality systems and contribute to tailored staff training. Facilitate stakeholder feedback opportunities to enhance service delivery. Qualifications and Experience Qualification in Community Services and/or Diploma in Quality Auditing is highly regarded. Previous work experience in community sector and/or case management experience is highly regarded. Valid Police Check, Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence. Current COVID‑19 vaccination (Strongly Recommended).
