As a Kitchen/Servery/Cleaning Attendant with RAAFA, you will work closely and collaboratively with other teams and clinical staff to ensure the needs and desires of the residents are met efficiently and effectively. Whether it's maintaining a clean and tidy state within the Residential Care Centre, providing clean linen and personal items or assisting with the provision of meals, drinks and snacks, you will contribute to the maintenance of a home-like environment for our residents. About you: Previous experience working in a hospitality environment Ability to work autonomously and with a multidisciplinary team Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Ability to relate to the elderly with empathy and understand their needs.
