POSITION: SALESFORCE TECHNICAL DELIVERY LE Are you a Salesforce-savvy Technical Delivery Lead who loves turning ideas into tangible business outcomes? UDL Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end success of key technology initiatives with a strong focus on our Salesforce ecosystem. With offices in Epping and Pakenham, you’ll help take solutions from concept to reality and ensure they’re robust, scalable, and fully adopted across the business. Reporting to and supported by our Chief Information Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in how UDL Group uses technology to work smarter and better serve our customers. What you’ll be doing Lead and inspire cross-functional delivery teams to execute with clarity, purpose, and pace. Own the technical delivery of Salesforce and related platforms, ensuring solutions are well-architected, secure, and scalable. Manage cross-team technical dependencies across integrations, data, infrastructure, and third‑party vendors. Translate strategy into delivery, working closely with business stakeholders to shape and prioritise initiatives. Champion change and adoption, ensuring new capabilities are embedded and embraced across the company. Support modern collaboration practices, including the uplift of tools such as Slack, to drive engagement and communication. Ensure a smooth transition to BAU support, with clear documentation, handover, and operational readiness. About you You’re a hands‑on technical leader who is as comfortable in a design workshop as you are in a stand‑up or a steering committee. You bring: A bachelor’s degree in information technology (or related discipline). 5+ years’ experience in IT, including leading end‑to‑end technical delivery of platforms or applications. Experience working with Salesforce (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar), or another major cloud CRM/ERP platform, and a strong desire to specialise in Salesforce. Proven ability to coordinate delivery across multiple teams and vendors. Strong communication skills – you can talk tech with engineers and outcomes with executives. A mindset focused on continuous improvement, simplification, and future‑ready solutions. Bonus: Experience with Slack administration, workflow building, or enablement to help drive collaboration across the business. Salesforce certifications or deep Salesforce delivery experience will be highly regarded. Why join UDL Group?
