Position: Technical Lead Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and engineers in the design, development, and implementation of complex technical projects. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of developers and engineers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other team members to define project requirements and scope. Create technical specifications and design documents for software projects. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks that may arise during the development process. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the team's technical capabilities. Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and management. Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. Experience in leading and managing a team of developers and engineers. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
