About the Role As the Sales Associate, you’ll be an integral part of the sales process — attending appointments, supporting the lead agent, and ensuring a premium client experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with buyers, sellers, and the wider team to help deliver seamless, successful campaigns. Key Responsibilities Attend open homes, private inspections and auctions Manage buyer follow‑up and enquiry responses (phone, email, SMS) Assist with vendor reports and marketing coordination Conduct just listed / just sold database calls Notify buyers of off‑market and pre‑market opportunities Manage and maintain an up‑to‑date database Prepare listing presentations and undertake market research About You You’re proactive, reliable and thrive in a team environment. You’ll ideally come from a real estate background with experience in a sales support or EA role, and you’re now ready to take your career to the next level. What You’ll Bring Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (Class 2) Experience in a real estate Sales Associate, Sales Admin, or EA role Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and organisation A professional, polished approach Strong administration and time management skills A can‑do attitude, energetic work ethic and commitment to growth Why Join Us?
