About the Role The Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth coordination of project delivery across both internal and external stakeholders. This role supports the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects, acting as a bridge between development, business analysis, and project management teams. The Delivery Manager also performs scrum master duties, ensuring agile stand-ups and meetings are conducted effectively while maintaining flexibility to adapt to project requirements. This is a hybrid role, however there will be regular requirement to attend the ChandlerCX Brisbane office (based in Wakerley ). Role Purpose To oversee delivery schedules, manage dependencies, and facilitate effective coordination across the delivery team. This includes: Managing the delivery framework, ensuring projects and daily/BAU jobs are delivered on time, to quality standards, and in alignment with agreed SLAs for completion. Facilitating agile stand-ups and meetings (e.g. daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) while ensuring team alignment with both agile and traditional based project practices. Managing both internal and external stakeholders and resources to agreed schedules, balancing priorities across projects and daily/BAU commitments. Applying both agile and traditional scheduling approaches to ensure project delivery remains efficient, transparent, and adaptable. Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues where necessary. Driving delivery best practices and process improvements, whilst creating value both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities Maintain and track delivery schedules for all projects and daily/BAU jobs. Act as scrum master by facilitating stand-ups, meetings, clearing impediments, and supporting continuous improvement. Manage (internal and external) stakeholder expectations and align resources to agreed priorities. Monitor SLA performance for BAU jobs and escalate when at risk. Identify and manage project dependencies and potential blockers. Support Project Managers to align delivery priorities and timelines. Ensure delivery governance, reporting, and metrics are consistently maintained. Facilitate cross-team collaboration functions (across Project, Development, BA, UX/UI and Client Services stakeholders). Apply appropriate scheduling methods (agile, waterfall, or hybrid) to match project requirements. What You’ll Bring 5+ years experience in delivery coordination or project management within a technology or digital environment. Strong organisational and scheduling skills across agile and traditional project methods. Proven ability to manage stakeholders and align resources to delivery timelines. Familiarity with agile frameworks, including scrum, and traditional PMO practices. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Ability to coordinate multiple priorities (including stakeholders, budgets and schedules) across different teams and stakeholders (both internal and external). #J-18808-Ljbffr
