Community Support Worker Outreach - Casino Momentum Collective - Administrators Appointed – Casino NSW Momentum Collective is a registered charity and not-for-profit community services organisation creating real social change and inclusive opportunities. We have a proud 40 year track record operating in a suite of programs in disability, mental health, aged care, homelessness, social and affordable housing, family & domestic violence, child family and community services. ABOUT THE ROLE In this position you’ll maintain the well‑being of clients and help them work towards their goals and aspirations. You’ll provide support in their day to day lives by assisting and encouraging them to participate in daily tasks such as meals, cleaning, medication and personal care. You will also assist them to live their best life by enabling them to engage in community participation activities. Working with Momentum means you’ll be part of an organisation which creates positive and lasting change in people’s lives WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Our ideal candidates/s are professional, energetic individual with a ‘can do’ attitude. Demonstrated understanding of a person-centred approach. Ability to follow established support work practices.
