Join one of Melbourne's top Greek restaurants, located in the south east — a vibrant, family‑run venue renowned for its traditional flavours, modern touches, and warm atmosphere. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team during dinner service. You'll ensure smooth daily operations, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and maintain the high standards that have earned us a reputation as one of Melbourne's best Greek dining destinations. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of dinner service operation Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to deliver top-quality service Liaise closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficiency and consistency Manage bookings, rosters, and daily reports Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests About You Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy, high-quality restaurant Minimum 3‑5 years of restaurant management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service focus and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Greek‑speaking candidates strongly preferred (English fluency required) Passionate about Greek cuisine and culture Australian work rights required at the time of application What We Offer Competitive salary package Supportive, family‑oriented team Opportunity to work in one of Melbourne’s top-rated Greek restaurants Great working culture and career development potential Sponsorship for the right candidate Location: South east, VIC Hours: Dinner service focus (with some flexibility).
