What We’re Looking For We need a Fitness Studio Manager who: Is passionate about helping people rediscover the joy in movement. Is a people person, skilled at building genuine connections with all walks of life. Is self‑driven but thrives on teamwork and collaboration. Is energized by results, whether it’s growing memberships or delighting customers. Your Mission as Studio Manager Your job is simple: create a world‑class experience for every member who walks through our doors and grow our community by bringing more people into the J.I.M family. You’ll be a proactive go‑getter who loves bringing fresh ideas to the table. What You’ll Be Doing Be the face of JIM: Connect with the local community and businesses to build buzz about J.I.M. Social Media Guru: Create and manage engaging content that gets people excited. Marketing Wizard: Manage our local online and offline advertising to drive memberships. Retention Rockstar: Keep our members coming back for more with stellar customer engagement. Operations Ninja: Ensure the studio runs like a dream every single day.
