Drive powerful portfolio reviews with Account Managers to unlock upsell, cross-sell, and strategic wins. Deliver compelling product training, coaching, and service rollouts that elevate sales performance. Show up as the industry expert in customer meetings—pitching, influencing, and demonstrating our value. Feed game-changing competitor and market insights straight into the business. Build strong partnerships across Pricing, Operations, Product, Strategic & Mid-Market Sales. Shape product strategy, pilot new initiatives, and help define the future of Road Express. Ensure customer solutions are smart, scalable, cost-effective, and flawlessly delivered. What You Bring Experience influencing customers using courier/logistics solutions. Strong commercial instincts and industry know-how. Outstanding prioritisation and the ability to run your game plan independently. Strong negotiation and influencing skills—you know how to shift decisions and drive outcomes. Confident presenter, credible communicator, strong relationship builder. Team mindset with the humility to call in senior support when needed.
