Mannion Lawyers' in Penrith, NSW is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor and Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position will see you lead our Family Law Team and provide expert legal advice and representation to a small number of clients on a wide range of family law matters, while you supervise a small team at our Penrith office. Responsibilities Advising, guiding and supporting a small team on all aspects of family law, including divorce, property settlements, child custody and support Overseeing the preparation of court documents and the representation of clients in Family Court proceedings Assisting staff with negotiating settlements and preparing binding financial agreements Overseeing the team's legal research and providing strategic recommendations to staff and some clients Building and maintaining positive relationships with team members, clients, barristers and other stakeholders Staying up‑to‑date with changes in family law legislation and best practices Qualifications Admitted as a Solicitor in NSW with 2+ years of experience in family law Thorough understanding of family law legislation and court procedures Excellent legal research, writing and advocacy skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Exceptional client service orientation and ability to empathise with clients Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied caseload What we offer At Mannion Lawyers', we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
