Today, we’re known for our strong cultural connection with families from migrant and linguistically diverse backgrounds and for providing inclusive, high-quality early learning. You’re an ECT-qualified professional with meaningful early childhood experience and the confidence to guide others. You lead with integrity, empathy and cultural awareness, and you’re comfortable stepping into a role that blends operational leadership with strong people support. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECT) Strong understanding of NQS, EYLF and early childhood regulations Ability to communicate respectfully with families Collaborative, calm and supportive leadership style Confidence guiding younger teams and fostering positive culture Solutions-focused mindset with commercial awareness You take the time to understand an existing environment before initiating change, valuing what already works and building on established strengths. Your Next Chapter Starts Here This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide daily operations, uplift practice, strengthen team culture and partner closely with families.
