About the Role We are seeking a motivated Parts Dispatch / Store person to join our high-performing team. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position involving dispatch, store organisation, customer support, and general parts operations. Full‑time employment – 50‑55 hours per week incl every 3rd Saturday morning. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer requests for parts sales and service. Receive and dispatch parts accurately and efficiently. Carry out parts deliveries and collections, including organising daily parts runs. Maintain organized storage and accurate location of parts. Liaise with the workshop regarding onsite parts, expected arrivals, and urgent requirements. Assist with parts interpreting when required. Conduct Air Liquide transactions, deliveries and collections. Complete rolling stocktakes. Accurately record sales transactions in internal administration systems. Support the Parts Manager with stock control, dispatch tasks, and general duties. Occasionally work beyond standard hours to meet customer satisfaction requirements. To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in customer service. Strong self‑management, organizational and prioritization skills. High commitment to workplace health and safety. Ability to work well within a team. Ability to pass a police clearance, pre‑employment medical and drug screen. #J-18808-Ljbffr
