Group Commercial Director

Reporting to a forward-thinking Chief Commercial Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Revenue Planning and Delivery – commercialisation of All of Audio product suite across, live, on-demand and our growing retail solutions.
Leadership –leading and inspiring a team of Sales Leaders to enable them to lead change transformation whilst delivering performance agendas.
Insight, Expertise & Influence – Provide valued thought leadership and informed opinion born from a deep understanding of current audio, media, marketing, and macro trends. Demonstrate a deep and recent understanding of market and economic conditions relevant to positive business outcomes.
Growth Strategy – Be a champion for commercially considerate product innovation that meets the market opportunity and drives positive perception as the media partner of choice using a data-driven performance management model to maximise results and identify and exploit growth opportunities.
People & Operations – Define and mobilise best practice skills behaviours and processes relevant to delivering and All of Audio Strategy, aligned to our values.
About You
You will have had at least ten years’ experience leading high performing sales teams and be able to demonstrate how your existing relationships within the media, marketing or creative sector can influence commercial outcomes. Having a strong understanding of the broader media eco-system enables you to identify new business opportunities and innovative omni-channel advertising solutions designed to grow our client’s business. Hungry for success and growth, you have a proven capacity to perform whilst helping driving our transformational agenda, with an ability to deliver and execute successful holistic strategic and operational programs.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in either our Melbourne or Sydney studios. Our Sales Teams are dynamic, engaged and highly collaborative and being on-site will ensure your personal and professional career development.
