In providing all facets of administrative support to the Partner, you will be a key part of the overall success of the practice and work on both high-end advice and litigation matters within the Employment Law (Workplace and Industrial Relations matters). The Partner has specified this opportunity is for a career Legal Assistant looking to invest their career within the team long-term, and is not suited to law students or graduates. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage legal documents, including advice and court documents Liaise with clients, Fair Work, Tribunals and Court personnel File reviews, timesheet entry and monthly billing Diary and email management, including travel and accommodation arrangements What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Legal PA within a private practice law firm, no less than 3 years and ideally with exposure to litigation Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients A proactive and mature approach to work Why Join Work with a fantastic team in one of the most sought-after areas of law.
