Here’s the opportunity Support the Centre Director to build an empowered, motivated, and high-performing team Help run the centre like it’s your own, with the support of a leadership network when you need it Ensure families feel informed, supported, and delighted by the education and care provided Contribute to an outstanding culture of quality, safety, and innovation Play a key role in business performance, helping invest in more high-quality education for children Roles available Assistant Centre Manager Educational Leader Early Childhood Teacher Room Leader Educators (roles available soon) As a Guardian team member, you’ll Be part of a passionate team delivering best-practice early childhood programs Develop your leadership skills through mentoring, coaching, workshops, and career growth opportunities Collaborate with educators to share and implement innovative approaches to learning through exploration, discovery, and play Contribute to decisions about resourcing, the educational environment, and the ongoing success of the centre Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits, including childcare discounts, recognition programs, paid first aid courses, and access to exclusive discounts through WHEREFIT Participate in the Guardian Degree Program with paid study, flexible hours, mentoring, and course reimbursement (T&Cs apply) What we’re looking for Diploma in Children’s Services or Bachelor of Education (completed or in progress) Experience in a senior or leadership role in a long day-care centre Sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF, with practical implementation experience Budget and financial accountability experience Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and a valid Working With Children Check The Centre Opening early 2026, Guardian Cooranbong will offer a new standard in early childhood education and care, featuring a brand-new centre with inspiring learning spaces, a passionate team, and a strong focus on quality and community.
