Vedligeholdelsestekniker Om virksomheden: West Pharmaceutical Services Danmark ApS producerer og markedsfører specielle gummi- og aluminiumsforseglinger til den farmaceutiske industri. Virksomheden beskæftiger 300 medarbejdere i Horsens og er et dansk datterselskab i den internationale koncern West Pharmaceutical Services, der globalt beskæftiger ca. 12.000 medarbejdere. Jobbet: Jobbet består i at skulle udføre vedligehold og fejlfinding på maskiner, udstyr og Utilities. Herunder både planlagt forebyggende vedligehold, samt korrigerende vedligehold ved nedbrud. Arbejdet udføres i tæt samarbejde med operatørerne, specialister og ingeniører for at sikre stabil drift og produktion. Du vil indgå i det øvrige vedligeholdelsesteam på 26 personer, men arbejde selvstændigt på weekendskiftet. Jobbet på weekendhold er 2 x 12 timer. Men aflønnes som en fuldtidsstilling på 37 timer, dog sker oplæring på dag i en periode på omkring 3 måneder fra 6-13.45 man – tor & fredag 6-13.00. Arbejdsforhold efter overenskomst og lokalaftaler. Faglige kvalifikationer: Du har en uddannelsesmæssig baggrund som enten elektriker, automatiktekniker, flymekaniker, smed eller maskinarbejder med en el overbygning eller lignende. Du kan løse opgaver indenfor automatik, mekanik, pneumatik, vandbehandling og damp samt besidder evnen til procesoptimeringer. Du har erfaring med forebyggende vedligehold og vedligeholdelsessystemer fra en produktionsvirksomhed. Du har måske allerede erfaring med vedligehold fra en pharma eller fødevareproduktion. Desuden vil det være en fordel hvis: Du har gode engelskkundskaber. Du har kørekort til almindelig bil og gerne kedelpasser- og truckcertifikat. Du har erfaring med automatik og PLCér eller mekaniske stanseværktøjer. Personlige Kvalifikationer Jobbet kræver at man er meget serviceminded og er vant til at samarbejde med operatører, andre håndværkere samt ingeniører og specialister. Du kan holde “hovedet koldt” ved nedbrud og bidrage til et godt samarbejde med maskinoperatører også når der er mange opgaver. Du har en analytisk tilgang til problemer og løsning af disse. Du er systematisk, vedholdende og kvalitetsbevidst i de løsninger, du kommer frem til. Du er god til at planlægge dine opgaver og tager ansvar for at få dem løst, og du giver ikke op før årsagen til problemet er fundet, og det er forhindret, at det opstår igen.
