New Homes Sales Consultant (Sales watagan) Cooranbong, Lake Macquarie, Australia Salary: AUD 75,000 per annum + Super + 1.2% commissions The Opportunity This is a fantastic chance to represent a respected builder with consistent foot traffic, supportive management, and realistic expectations. You’ll be based in a beautifully presented display centre, engaging with clients from their first enquiry through to contract signing. Your Day-to-Day Will Include Greeting display visitors and providing a professional first impression Guiding clients through designs, inclusions, and the full sales journey Preparing tenders and presenting contracts with accuracy and care Managing enquiries, follow-ups, and client relationships Meeting sales targets while delivering a premium customer experience What We’re Looking For Previous experience selling project homes Ability to work independently in a display centre environment Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills Motivated, customer-first approach What’s on Offer $75K package (incl. super) + uncapped commissions (1.2% of contract value, paid on deposit) Average contract value of $600K–$700K 5-day week Family-run culture with supportive management Strong pipeline of walk-in traffic and a trusted brand Application Details Name: Please include your first and last name.
