King Homes NSW is a home builder specialising in building quality homes. We have recently opened a new display home at Oran Park and due to increasing demand, we have newly created the position of a New Home Sales Consultant If you are a highly motivated, and experienced New Home Sales Consultant with a proven track record in custom homes, please submit your application. Key Responsibilities Meeting and greeting customers at display homes Identify sales opportunities with new clients Work closely with clients to design their home Manage a Sales pipeline with great care and urgency Administer and complete quotes in a timely manner Generate, maintain and convert leads to meet targets Caretaking of display homes Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Start and maintain a strong network with local developers to provide house and land packages Qualifications & Skills An outgoing and friendly personality Be performance and results driven with strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets Well developed organisational and client management skills Willingness to go above and beyond to provide 5-star quality service to clients and the company Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Comfort with working autonomously Prior experience in the home building industry Experience with Custom Homes Demonstrate compliance through local council and housing codes Attractive remuneration package with base salary along with a leading commission structure that will ensure you are rewarded for your hard work.
