We’re looking for an experienced Export Airfreight Operator to join our Brisbane branch on a 12‑month maternity leave contract. This is a hands‑on role involving frequent airline coordination, high‑volume email communication, and accurate data entry. You’ll play a key role in securing space, sourcing competitive rates, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Secure competitive airline rates and ensure appropriate space allocations for export uplift Prepare, manage, and lodge all export freight on time for scheduled departures Conduct weekly ring‑arounds to drive export growth and promote priority trade lanes Coordinate and monitor the building of export airfreight consolidations ex BNE Deliver professional, timely, and proactive customer service Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in all export processes What You’ll Bring High School Certificate (or relevant experience in lieu) Minimum 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding industry Specific experience in export airfreight operations Strong understanding of airline processes and export documentation Full Australian working rights A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail Ready to Elevate Your Career?
