Albatrans is seeking an experienced Export and Import Operator to join our dynamic team in Mascot, NSW office. This full-time role is responsible for managing the smooth and efficient import and export of freight and cargo on behalf of our valued clients. What you'll be doing Coordinate all aspects of import and export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of cargo Manage inventory and tracking of freight movements Prepare and process all necessary documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain Maintain detailed records and provide reporting on all freight activities Assist with other administrative tasks as required What we're looking for 1-2 years' experience in a freight forwarding or logistics role Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in using logistics and freight management software Keen eye for detail and ability to work to tight deadlines Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach Familiarity with the Freight/Cargo Forwarding industry and current market trends Be able to work as part of the team What we offer At Albatrans, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
