Senior Import/Export Coordinator

We're seeking a experienced, reliable and organised Senior Import/Export Coordinator to join our team at EIF International. In this full‑time role, you will be managing business accounts and monitoring transport, import and export activities for our growing business. This is an onsite position, 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, based in Campbellfield. What you'll be doing Liaising with customers, transport companies, shipping lines, airfreight and LCL consolidators to coordinate the timely and efficient movement of goods, internationally and domestically Preparing and processing all necessary documentation, such as export customs declarations, bills of lading, airway bills, arrival notices, delivery orders, outturn reports and cartage advices. Tracking shipments and communicating updates to customers and team members Ensuring compliance with all relevant import and export regulations and legislation Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency What we're looking for Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel Experience with EDI/CargoWise/CW1 Organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Minimum 5+ years experience in freight forwarding industry About us EIF International is a New Zealand owned company, leading provider of innovative freight forwarding and warehousing solutions.
