Opportunity Our Power and Grid segment provides Medium Voltage (MV) Schneider Electric hardware and software to energy utilities. This growing market calls for a passionate professional who can nurture intimate stakeholder connections while pursuing growth opportunities in the channel. As a Key Account Manager & Product Specialist covering Victoria and South Australia, you will join a close‑knit team and leverage your proven experience with the world’s most sustainable company. Key Responsibilities Drive success in Victorian and South Australian Grid key utilities accounts, building a pipeline of opportunities early in the sales cycle and maximising opportunities to support business objectives. Take a lead role in strategising the approach to diverse technical projects, playing a central role in the negotiation of contractual arrangements and other commercial requirements. Build long‑term relationships with customers, end users, consultants, channel players and collaborate with technical SMEs to develop project‑specific solutions. Oversee our portfolio of overhead MV equipment across Australian utilities and expand order intake with both current and future customers. Develop a strong understanding of our offers to further enhance our market position and ensure ongoing growth and success. Collaborate with adjacent business areas and related stakeholders (marketing, sales etc.) to define strategies across a variety of go‑to‑market channels. Interstate travel when required. About You Proven technical sales or account‑management background, ideally within adjacent markets where you have successfully achieved targets. Proven skills in MS Office, experience utilising a CRM and a digital mindset. Depth of relevant technical knowledge or a technical background. A consultative style that develops strategic relationships that matter. A true growth focus coupled with curiosity to learn and the desire to make an impact. Knowledge of Schneider Electric products/solutions, an electrical/renewables/utilities background or related expertise is viewed favourably.
