The Role We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Solutions to join our Financial Crime Solutions (AML) team. Reporting to the Manager, FC Solutions & Innovation, this role is pivotal in delivering technology and data initiatives across Crown’s Financial Crime & Compliance function. You will design, develop, and implement advanced analytics processes to support transaction monitoring, investigations analytics, and operational reporting. Leveraging data science techniques, you’ll contribute to AI and machine learning models that strengthen FC detection and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Execute data analytics and visualisation activities to support transaction monitoring and financial crime operations. Implement advanced analytics (including machine learning and automation) to improve detection effectiveness. Design and maintain MI reporting and dashboards for operational and regulatory insights. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and auditability across analytics and reporting activities. Collaborate with internal technology and data teams to optimise platforms and pipelines. Monitor emerging technologies and recommend enhancements. Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analytics and coding. About you This role is ideal for a data‑driven professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for proactively leveraging analytics to combat financial crime. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working with stakeholders across multiple teams, and are motivated by the challenge of building innovative solutions that make a real impact. Hands‑on experience with data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, BigQuery). Experience in financial crime analytics within a consultancy, financial services, or gaming is preferred. Knowledge in performing scenario and threshold tuning/calibration for financial crime systems and models. Experience applying data science techniques to build AI/machine learning models. Strong stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills. A relevant degree (or currently undertaking one) in Data Science, Computer Science, or similar. Ability to obtain required Casino Employee Licences.
