Cook Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Senior Contracts Administrator role for an award winning construction company in Brisbane. They specialise in the delivery of commercial, multi-residential and industrial projects up to $20m in value. This role has a clear pathway for progression to Project Management including a well structured learning and development environment. Client Details Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the high rise residential, commercial and industrial sectors. As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2026 and 2027 and as such they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team. This is an ongoing, long term position. Description Key responsibilities will include: Writing scopes of works Negotiating and letting sub-contracts Monthly cost reporting Administering variations Profile Selection Selection criteria will include: Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects High level of computer literacy Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills On offer A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $130-160k + super Opportunity to progress to Project Management within the next 18-24 months Stable team and financially strong employer On site parking #J-18808-Ljbffr
