Your Role As a Contract Administrator / Senior Contract Administrator, you’ll work closely with an experienced Commercial Leadership Team to manage end‑to‑end contract administration, including: Subcontractor package preparation, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules Progress claims and variations Head and sub‑contract management Cost and project reporting via CHEOPS and Aconex (training provided) Risk and opportunity management aligned with head contract requirements What We’re Looking For Experience in contract/commercial management on medium to large built‑form projects Industry‑relevant degree qualification Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction‑specific Acts, codes, and regulations Strong communication and negotiation skills Self‑motivated with the ability to drive outcomes autonomously Process and system appreciation What’s in it for You?
