We have worked with hundreds of clients from Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA to develop a wide variety of products globally. Our apparel and accessories category is scaling rapidly, and we are now seeking a highly motivated Production Manager to join our growing production and technical team. This is a full time role for someone with strong production experience, ready to take ownership of their own portfolio of projects. With over 50 team members across Melbourne & China, we are expanding globally and building something meaningful. About the role As Production Manager – Apparel and Accessories , you will lead the full production lifecycle across multiple projects. From quotations and sample development to supplier management and final delivery, you will ensure all timelines, quality standards, and budgets are consistently met. This role reports to the CEO and involves close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. Key responsibilities Manage production timelines, quotations, samples, and approvals Coordinate orders and monitor progress against critical paths Build and maintain supplier relationships across sourcing regions Negotiate pricing and resolve production challenges as they arise Oversee inspections and uphold quality standards Collaborate with internal teams and provide weekly progress updates Coordinate freight and maintain accurate records in CRM systems Prepare reports on supplier reliability, production metrics, and project outcomes What we’re looking for Strong end to end apparel or accessories production experience Excellent organisation, negotiation, and problem solving skills Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not essential Adaptable, proactive, and professional under pressure Why join Sourci?
