About the role Hume now calls for applications for the position of Library Assistant. This position will be full time (1.0), ongoing and based at our Donnybrook campus. The role will commence on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 and will be ongoing and offers 6 weeks paid annual leave and 7 weeks leave without pay per annum. The Library Assistant supports the smooth operation of the library. They report to the Teacher Librarian and manage the circulation desk, the loaning of books and maintain a professional and welcoming library environment. They support the rest of the library team in fostering a love of reading amongst students.
