Remote E-Commerce Customer Service Assistant We are one of Australia's fastest growing e-commerce stores. We are building Australia's go-to store for all things comfort. We are currently looking for an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The candidate should have e-Commerce, CRM and Shopify experience or similar. We bring a young, fun environment and we would love for you to join. In your cover letter, please mention whether you have experience with SHOPIFY, ONLINE/PHONE BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE, E-COMMERCE or CRM SYSTEMS. Not all of this experience is essential, but please outline which criteria you meet in your cover letter. You could also discuss which skills you have which are transferable to this position even if you do not meet all criteria. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media or live chat in a professional and timely manner. Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system (Gorgias). Provide accurate information on products and services, troubleshoot issues and offer suitable solutions. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently in Shopify. Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to meet customer service targets and help improve processes. Assist in other duties as needed, e.g., helping the social media team occasionally. If you have social media experience or other transferable skills, please highlight this. Qualifications Experience with Gorgias or similar CRM system is essential. Experience and confidence in online (emails or live chat) and phone customer or client service is essential. Experience with e-Commerce is essential. Reliability: consistently deliver high-quality service, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly, accurately and on time with minimal supervision. Friendly and professional phone manner with a customer-first approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Why Join Us?
