Job Title: Software Implementation Manager Location: Brisbane, Australia Salary: Up to 165,000 AUD Base pay range A$165,000.00/yr - A$165,000.00/yr About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Software Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of their rostering and workforce management solutions. As a Software Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial consultancy and design through to configuration, implementation, training, and go-live support, ensuring customer success and satisfaction throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end customer projects as the Software Implementation Manager, ensuring all milestones are met and expectations exceeded. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including development, account management, and third-party suppliers. Scope, design, and implement application, integration, and reporting solutions tailored to customer requirements. Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to customer teams. Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation activities to ensure smooth handover to customer success teams. Work with MS SQL Server to manipulate, extract, and load data as required for implementations. Ensure projects align with revenue targets and business objectives. Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders. About You An HND/Degree in ICT or a related discipline, with at least three years’ experience in a similar customer-facing implementation role. Proven rostering software implementation expertise and full lifecycle experience (process analysis, configuration, training, testing, and go-live). Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in business terms. Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Confidence working under pressure and delivering high-quality outcomes. MS SQL Server, SSRS, or equivalent report-writing skills. Experience with system integration, change management, or transformational projects. Advanced MS Office and MS Visio skills.
