Culture & Wellbeing Coordinator, Queensland Health Facilitate and support a coordinated approach to the Peer Responder Program and Culture and Wellbeing initiatives across Metro North Health. About the role Provide ongoing coordination and supervision of the appointed Directorate Peer Responder Program, ensuring sustainability and ongoing development of the Program. Facilitate and support a coordinated approach to the Peer Responder Program and Culture and Wellbeing initiatives across Metro North Health. Support the delivery of high-quality staff wellbeing and workplace culture initiatives in the Directorate. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Coordinate and support the delivery of the Directorate Peer Responder Program. This includes promotion of and recruitment to the Program, facilitating training and onboarding new members, facilitating regular peer responder supervision, evaluating the Directorate Peer Responder Program and reporting on data to ensure continuous improvements and impact at the appointed directorate. Build relationships and work in collaboration with key stakeholders to provide strategic advice regarding the sustainability of the Peer Responder Program and staff wellbeing and workplace culture initiatives. Provide triage support for Directorate staff and line managers requesting Peer Responder contact.
