Position Overview A great opportunity has arisen in our Glendale Trade Centre Mitre10 business for an experienced Customer Service / Trade Desk Sales person. This position is store based working within our Trade team. What You Will Be Doing Being safe as safety is part of our everyday culture Deliver excellent customer service through counter sales, quotes, delivery orders etc. Goods inwards procedures Stock replenishment, adhering to store retail standards Picking and packing orders Designing and selling of kitchens (full training will be provided) What You Will Bring Ability to clearly communicate to customers via phone and email Ability to multi‑task in a dynamic fast‑paced trade business An understanding of the Timber & Hardware market with previous experience is desirable but not essential Ability to work closely in a diverse team About Us For over 50 years Mitre 10 has been the local and independent hardware store to thousands of Australians.
