Workforce International are currently seeking trades counter sales assistants for work in the Cardiff area. This role would ideally suit someone who is comfortable in providing both administration support and customer service assistance. We currently have multiple positionsavailable and would encourage those with strong customer service/administration backgrounds apply. About the role Immediate start for the right candidates $31.25 - 33.65/hr 7am-3pm OR 8am-4pm View to permanency after 3 months Monday-Friday + Occasional Saturday Shifts Responsibilities Providing a warm welcome to customers and assisting them with enquiries/service Building positive relationships with customers Processing daily sales and invoicing accordingly Answering inbound phone calls Basic data entry as required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Trades Counter Sales or similar desired however not essential Ability to satisfy pre-employment medical including D&A screening Sound computer literacy skills Good attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated experience with phone/face to face customer service Forklift ticket desired however not required Reliable transport If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
