THE OPPORTUNITY We have a vacancy for a proactive, responsible, and skilled individual focused on continuous improvement and compliance related to regional facilities management services. The role involves providing regional advice on key HSE processes such as hazard management, incident and injury management, HSE auditing, legislative compliance, training, consultation, reporting, and health programs. Exclusive discounts across major Australian retailers. Your key responsibilities will include: Review and audit HSE policies and procedures for compliance and improvement. Develop communication plans to support project implementation. Maintain HSE risk management processes and registers. Update HSE communication channels like reports, alerts, Toolbox Talks, and online portals. Conduct hazard and incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques. Assist in resolving HSE issues and promote consultation at all levels. You will be required to demonstrate: Teritiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (Essential). Experience in developing and delivering HSE training programs. Proficiency in HSE data management and reporting. Experience reviewing hazard and incident reports and investigations. Up-to-date knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice, and Standards related to HSE.
