How You’ll Shine As a Resort Maintenance & Grounds Officer, you’ll help keep our resort operating at its best — from the guest rooms to the gardens. Your work will ensure that everything looks great, works well, and makes our guests feel welcome and safe. You Will Carry out routine repairs and maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and facilities Assist with planned preventative maintenance programs to keep the property in top shape Look after the resort’s beautiful gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces so they stay healthy and inviting year-round Support seasonal landscaping and care for trees, shrubs, and garden beds Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests promptly and professionally Monitor and report on equipment, supplies, and potential hazards Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Manager and other departments to keep everything running smoothly How You’ll Be Rewarded Access to subsidised private health cover Birthday leave Discounted stays at hotels and resorts around the world A generous reward and recognition program Funding to support ongoing professional development Opportunities to learn, grow, and progress your career An inclusive workplace supported by active Diversity Resource Groups What You’ll Bring Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman work, landscaping, or grounds keeping (resort or hotel experience a bonus) Basic knowledge of trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment care A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills — you enjoy finding solutions and keeping things in good order Awareness of workplace health & safety requirements, and willingness to follow safe work practices Good communication skills and a helpful, team-oriented approach Physical fitness and comfort working both indoors and outdoors in all seasons Flexibility to work a roster that may include weekends and public holidays WHERE YOU’LL BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY Club Wyndham Bellinzona is a charming, heritage-style resort nestled in the hills of Hepburn Springs, just minutes from Daylesford.
