We’re looking for an experienced leader at our brand‑new centre in Ellenbrook. This is your chance to help build something extraordinary and create a lasting impact. In this role, you will: Lead, inspire, and support your team to deliver exceptional care. Design and implement a high‑quality educational program based on Buttercups Pedagogy Standards. Foster strong, positive relationships with families and the wider community. Participate in the organisation and setting up of the centre, including staff recruitment. Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the centre with a focus on excellence and compliance. Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes children’s well‑being and development. Cultivate a fun, supportive, and inclusive workplace that your team will love. What you bring to the table: A Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent. Proven experience in a Centre Manager or 2IC role, showcasing leadership and operational expertise. A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations. Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities. Knowledge of CCS compliance and proficiency navigating CCS software. Experience with Xplor and OWNA is highly regarded. A current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding). Ready to take the next step in your career?
