Espresso Bar Bundall is looking for a Barista/All Rounder in Bundall. About the role Espresso Bar Bundall is seeking an experienced Barista / All Rounder to become part of our small café team in Bundall next door to GoodLife Gym. This casual role involves delivering great customer service and preparing coffee and beverages for mostly our regular customers. Candidates must have an interest in hospitality and be comfortable working in a fast-paced small environment. Hours available, 30+ per week. Weekend flexibility is highly preferred. What we’re looking for Previous experience as a Barista or All Rounder in a café or hospitality setting is a must. Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation, with proficiency in making quality drinks. Customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with customers. Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, small team environment. Good communication and problem‑solving abilities. Understanding of café operations and attention to detail. Availability to work various shifts, including weekends. Access to private transport or residence nearby, as public transportation has previously proven unreliable. No working restrictions and fluent English speaking proficiency.
