The opportunity This is a 12 month contract with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. The role Take ownership of assigned transition cases from start to finish and coordinate asset transfers with external parties including fund managers, registries, and advisers. Validate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage asset valuations and accurately import cost base details. Communicate effectively with advisers and stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcomes. What You’ll Bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in the finance industry Expertise in asset transfer processes, particularly managed funds and listed securities Solid understanding of domestic and international securities (including warrants, LICs, ETFs), bonds, managed funds, and unlisted assets Knowledge of Capital Gains Tax and cost base requirements Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage conflicting priorities while maintaining a customer‑first approach Experience with WRAP / Super platforms (highly regarded) Life At Netwealth We’re committed to your growth, offering access to further education, diverse training opportunities, and strong support for career development.
