Corporate & Renewables Associate Lawyer

As a valued member of our team, you’ll tackle global corporate matters with the backing of a supportive, collaborative team and renowned industry leaders. Responsibilities M&A (Domestic & Cross-Border) – Advising on national and international transactions, from due diligence to deal execution. Takeovers & Capital Strategies – Handling off-market takeovers, capital reductions, and share buy-backs for both private and public entities. Foreign Investment & Approvals – Navigating FIRB and other regulatory frameworks for inbound and outbound investments. Structuring & Restructuring – Providing strategic advice on joint ventures, partnerships, and business reorganisations. Commercial Contracts – Drafting and negotiating complex agreements to protect client interests. Governance & Compliance – Advising on corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and company secretarial matters. Emerging Sectors – Working on cutting-edge matters in renewable energy, infrastructure, technology, privacy, and data law. Qualifications We’re looking for Corporate/Commercial Associates (3+ years PAE) with experience in Renewables, M&A and/or Foreign Investment. Senior Associates (up to 7 years PAE) will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have trained or worked in a leading specialist, top-tier, or mid-tier firm, bringing strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset to our high-performing team.
