With significant backing, the company is proud of its ability to successfully deliver new products to the market, enhancing energy storage, energy systems, and the generation of renewable power. Additionally, the company has an internal focus on being carbon neutral and has extended this focus to its partners. About the role Due to a number of key projects, the company is looking for a talented, commercially astute lawyer to step into a newly created role. You will work on high-impact projects, partnering closely with both internal and external stakeholders across a broad range of matters. Key activities Leading the drafting and negotiation of construction, supply, and services agreements Advising on project development agreements Providing regulatory compliance advice Managing corporate and commercial legal matters as they arise Proactively managing risk Managing relationships with external legal firms About you This role suits someone looking to move in-house or who is already working in-house and has gained good exposure to the energy or construction sector.
