The Opportunity We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our West Melbourne team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values commitment and teamwork. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day customer interactions, including Managing high volumes of inbound calls, providing timely and professional assistance to customers. Coordinating and scheduling waste collection bookings efficiently. Responding to customer enquiries received via email and the Cleanaway website, ensuring accurate and prompt resolutions. Maintaining and updating customer records in our CRM system. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. About You Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
