We're seeking a

Head of Demand Planning & IBP

to join our vibrant Sales Team. In this role you'll have the opportunity to lead, maintain and continually improve the integrity of the Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) and Demand Review (DR) frameworks. You will do this by ensuring the approved Integrated Business Planning (IBP) plans are effectively delivered inside the Planning Time Fence and facilitate the monthlyJob ExpectationsA fantastic permanent opportunity has presented itself for a Workforce Planning and Governance Lead reporting to the Workforce Planning and Governance Team Lead where you will join the pillar within Customer and Network Services (CNS), in Operations.A bit about your roleThis is an integral role that works across teams to drive efficient workforce planning. You will support operational performance within CNS by ensuring operational resources are in place, at the right time, with the right skillset, to meet customer demand.Day to day you will govern and administer our workforce planning platforms (Enlighten and Genesys) in the pursuit of workforce optimisation.
