The Opportunity A leading contractor within the civil construction sector is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their business during an exciting growth phase. This role offers a clear pathway to Senior HR Advisor, with the opportunity to build and lead your own HR team over time. Initially, you will operate as the standalone HR professional, partnering closely with leadership and operational teams to deliver practical, commercially focused HR solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end HR advisory support across the business Lead and manage Industrial Relations matters Interpret and apply EBAs and Modern Awards Support employee relations, performance management, and workforce issues Partner with leaders in a fast-paced, project-based environment Contribute to the development of HR frameworks, policies, and processes Play a key role in scaling the HR function as the business grows About You 4–7 years’ experience in an HR Advisory or similar role Background in civil construction or construction is essential Strong Industrial Relations experience, including EBAs and Awards Confident working autonomously and influencing senior stakeholders Commercially minded with a practical, hands-on approach Motivated by career progression and future leadership opportunities What’s On Offer Competitive salary with flexibility for the right candidate Clear progression to Senior HR Advisor Opportunity to build and lead your own HR team Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Supportive leadership and a growing organisation #J-18808-Ljbffr
