We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to be the operational backbone and first point of contact for our team members and leaders. Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management – Overseeing seamless onboarding, processing internal movements, generating essential documents and contracts, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of all HR records and data across HR systems. Advisory & Operational Support – Serving as the first point of contact, providing timely and accurate advice on HR policies, processes, and systems; acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees; managing day‑to‑day Employee Relations (ER) cases, including matters such as abandonment of employment and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Systems, Projects & Reporting – Proficiently navigating HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors highly regarded) and ticketing systems; generating insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making; contributing to workforce planning activities and supporting key projects. Ideal Candidate Highly collaborative, service-focused, with a track record of building effective relationships. Proven functional and/or generalist People & Culture experience. Solid experience managing ER cases and achieving effective outcomes. Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors and ticketing systems is a must. Strong ability to interpret and apply HR policies and employment legislation. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. Proactive, accountable, and adaptable personality style.
