We reimagine a new way forward for our members and communities. Your New Role As a People Advisor, you will provide advice and services related to our people processes, policies, and systems. You will enhance people data, support HR operations, and drive continuous improvement across the business. This role is offered as a 12‑month Max Term Contract What You’ll Do: Deliver HR support across the employee life‑cycle: onboarding, off‑boarding, flexible work and more Advise managers and employees on HR policies, processes and systems Support payroll and HRIS enquiries Manage the HR inbox Champion self‑service functionality and process optimisation Collaborate with People, Finance, Payroll and IT teams Contribute to projects and organisational change initiatives How do you exceed our expectations? The idea of being part of our growth is exciting AND you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple 2–4 years’ experience in HR (ideally in a similar role) Professional or tertiary education in HR (or related discipline); 1 year of HR experience will be considered Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality Experience with HRIS systems (preferably Cornerstone) is highly advantageous Employee Experience We understand that not everyone works in the same ways.
